…thanks for staying on this because many others would have not. Customer service and follow up is actually more important than the original contract and I actually use you guys and this example with my own company when I speak about what makes a customer return.

Nationwide are truly professional. At the very beginning everything seemed difficult for us to wrap our minds around. They guided us through everything and gave our contractor detailed instructions on all the requirements needed to install our elevator. Our contractor wanted them to inspect his construction before the delivery was scheduled to make sure everything was exactly the way it was needed and they accommodated his wishes without hesitation. We have been enjoying our elevator and have service from them several times since installation. Everything happened just like they said it would happen, delivery, installation and service call have all been top shelf.

Very professional from beginning to installation. The job was completed on time. Nationwide worked closely with our contractor so the installation was seamless. All follow-ups have been without a problem.

I really do not know how I can write my appreciation and positive feelings I have towards you and your company. When I installed this equipment, I told you that you were great handling everything for us. Now after more than one year, you and your company shown us again that you care about me and my family. It is very rare to see this type of support these days.i called you at 3 pm from Asia and you responded within 15 min and arranged people to come before 5 pm and resolved the issue before 6 pm. Unbelievable since I am always worry about my wife health. What you and your company showed me was there are still people who care about other people in this world

We needed to install an elevator for our handicapped son and we got several estimates from companies though out Massachusetts. Bob from Nationwide lifts of Mass gave us the most complete estimate including detailed information about the installation process and his experience with installing residential elevators. The service Nationwide lifts provided was excellent. Bob and his staff were very professional and completed the job as scheduled. Nationwide Lifts paid attention to every detail and made the whole process very easy and stress free. The maintenance and service provided by Bob after the installation has been extremely timely, reliable and dependable. I would recommend Nationwide Lifts of Mass to anyone looking to install and elevator or other lift.

Bob and Terry at Nationwide are very professional and made my purchase very easy and smooth. They kept me well informed of the delivery date of my lift and were very flexible with my schedule as to the install date as well. They keep me up to date as to when my service is due as well as my annual inspection. Anytime I have a question, Terry is very quick to get back to me in a timely manner. Hi Terry, Well since we've moved and started using the dumb waiter, I have to say it was a smart decision picking Nationwide to install it for us! Plus you and Bob have been great to work with!
