They kept me well informed of the delivery date of my lift and were very flexible with my schedule as to the install date as well. They keep me up to date as to when my service is due as well as my annual inspection. Anytime I have a question, Terry is very quick to get back to me in a timely manner.

Nationwide are truly professional. At the very beginning everything seemed difficult for us to wrap our minds around. They guided us through everything and gave our contractor detailed instructions on all the requirements needed to install our elevator. Our contractor wanted them to inspect his construction before the delivery was scheduled to make sure everything was exactly the way it was needed and they accommodated his wishes without hesitation. We have been enjoying our elevator and have service from them several times since installation. Everything happened just like they said it would happen, delivery, installation and service call have all been top shelf.

I really do not know how I can write my appreciation and positive feelings I have towards you and your company. When I installed this equipment, I told you that you were great handling everything for us. Now after more than one year, you and your company shown us again that you care about me and my family. It is very rare to see this type of support these days.i called you at 3 pm from Asia and you responded within 15 min and arranged people to come before 5 pm and resolved the issue before 6 pm. Unbelievable since I am always worry about my wife health. What you and your company showed me was there are still people who care about other people in this world
